Lucky enough to have received one of our gift vouchers? Book here, leave a note telling us which room you would like to do, then bring your voucher along on the day as payment. Want to book for a bigger group but they don't have vouchers? Don't use this service. Book the room you would like (less the person with the voucher) then just bring the voucher on the day for the extra person. For example; there are a group of 6 of you, 1 person has a voucher. Book the room you would like for 5 people then bring the 6th person along and pay on the day using the voucher. Who doesn't love a free escape room?

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you are unable to attend your booking please contact us 24 hours before the date of the booking for a reschedule or 7 days before hand for a refund. Please note a 10% booking fee will be retained on any cancellations. For any appointments that are cancelled after this time no refund will be given.
